Richard Nasrawy’s professional path is marked by a relentless pursuit of expertise. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree and a Master of Science in Engineering Management degree from the University of South Florida, Richard spent 15 impactful years with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), gaining experience across multiple departments and three pivotal districts that include the Tampa Bay area, Southwest Florida, the Orlando area, and Brevard County. His interest in the legal aspects of engineering led him to Florida A&M University College of Law, where he earned his law degree and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2014.

Richard expanded his legal expertise by opening his own law practice, where he worked closely with clients, attorneys, expert witnesses, and judges. As a Senior Project Engineer in Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI), he manages a range of roadway and bridge projects. Richard’s extensive knowledge fuels his commitment to making a significant impact in the realm of contract disputes. He established Contract Dispute Analytics (CDA) to provide specialized, expert services in this area, with the goal of providing dispute resolutions that exceed client expectations.
